- A leadership succession plan is understood so that the ministry will continue when you or the current leader steps down. So, we have the expectation that you will find someone to take over and implement this ministry/program when you step down
- Funding and financial support of ministry is available if needed.
- Need for this ministry is evident and not offered through other avenues
